Yes, all our stainless steel boxes and satellite containers are dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing magnets and carry bags to preserve their design and longevity.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty on our stainless steel products and a 1-year warranty on our carry bags and accessories against manufacturing defects.
Are PlanetBox containers leak-proof?
While our main stainless steel boxes are designed to keep foods separate, they are not liquid-tight. We recommend using our Big Dipper or Little Dipper containers for wet foods like yogurt or dressing.
